Our services during the May Bank Holiday
May Bank Holiday is nearly here, so we're letting you know about our opening hours and how you can report emergency repairs.
We'll be closed for general enquiries and non-emergency repairs from 5pm on Friday 1 May until 9am on Tuesday 5 May.
Lettings service
Our Lettings service will be closed from 4.30pm on Friday 1 May to 8.45am on Tuesday 5 May.
The Choice Based Lettings advert will be published on Friday 1 May at 00:01am and stay open until 12pm on Monday 4 May. The next advert will reopen again as normal on Tuesday 5 May at 00:01am.
Reporting repairs
To report non-emergency repairs, please use My Repairs – a simple way to log a request online and keep track of your appointments.
To report emergency repairs during the May Bank Holiday, call the Repairs Hotline on 01226 787878, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
