Our services during Easter
With Easter around the corner, we want to let you know about our opening hours during the bank holidays and how you can report urgent repairs.
We’ll be closed for general enquiries from Thursday 2 April at 5pm and we’ll be back from 9am on Tuesday 7 April.
Lettings service
The Lettings service will be closed from 4:30pm on Thursday 2 April to 8.45am on Tuesday 7 April.
The Choice Based Lettings advert will be published at 00:01am on Friday 3 April and stay open until 12pm on Tuesday 7 April. The next advert will open one hour later at 1pm on Tuesday 7 April and stay open until 12pm on Thursday 9 April as normal.
Reporting repairs
To report non-emergency repairs, please use My Repairs – a simple way to log a request online and keep track of your appointments.
To report emergency repairs during Easter, call the Repairs Hotline on 01226 787878, which is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
