April 2026 Customer Panel: Communicating for you
Talk is change: You’re invited to our April Customer Panel to have your say.
Our theme for this Customer Panel is: Communicating for you.
Come along to the afternoon session in April, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet our new Chief Executive Steve Feast. Our Communications team will be sharing the exciting new changes to our website and a quick look at some of our communications channels. We’d also love to hear your views on our letters to help us make sure we get letters right for you.
Before then, whether you’re able to attend or not, we’d really appreciate you giving your feedback in our communications survey. Let us know what you think about our current communication methods, and any areas where we could do better. The survey is completely anonymous and only takes a few minutes to complete. Click here to complete the survey.
When: Monday 20 April, 1.30-3pm
Where: Gateway Plaza, Level 10, Sackville Street, Barnsley

Please let us know when you book on if you’d like a taxi booking or a parking permit sending out.
We look forward to seeing you at the event.
